Both are very good foods. Wellness' advantage is that it is baked which is probably a better way to process kibble. Canidae, however, has by far the most meat in it--in fact it contains 4 meat proteins. The list of ingredients, in order, is as follows: chicken meal, turkey meal, brown rice, white rice, lamb meal, chicken fat, menhaden fish meal, flax seed, suncured alfalfa meal, sunflower oil, lecithin, vits/mins. I don't think there is another kibble out there with that much meat. Right now that is my kibble of choice, but I have used Wellness and was quite happy with it. Their website is at www.canidae.com. They do have a list by state of places that sell Canidae. The list is not complete however. There are many places not on the list that carry it.
