Yes, that is certainly true. I'm so impressed with that dog and the way his campaign has been handled that it does bother me to see such a big deal made out of this thing that I consider so trivial. As Suze has said the dog was not hard stacked...the handler simply knelt in front of him..at arms length (approximately) and baited him..it was very natural, very pretty, very gentle. Not at all what I think of when someone mentions handlers on their knees.
When I have seen judges ask handlers to get off their knees it's been entirely different..the handlers were holding the dogs in place..this was a lovely example of training and team work.
