I flew Delta..the sherpa had plenty of room under the seat..but there is
a hefty 75.00 charge each way. I have also brought him on air tran, they
only charged 50.00 each way but there is a weight limit of 14lbs
including the sherpa....Buster weighs 20 Lbs not in the Sherpa, but they
didn't even look at him. I had him at my feet at the counter, and I had
to go to the main check-in gate. However, the flight attendent made me
turn the sherpa sideways instead of long so that he wouldn't stick out
past the metal of the seat frame....the sherpa was a tight fit. Delta
could care less I had him out as far as I could and still have a small
space for my feet.
