Cavaliers have a tendency to crouch when standing, especially if they are in
an unfamiliar place. This seems to be hereditary. Some of the best tempered
ones that I have also tend to crouch. When they do this, the rear looks
cowhocked. They can move beautifully, but still crouch when standing in the
ring. From what I have seen in the ring over the years, this is not
uncommon.
