My vet taught me to give Ivermectin Injectable for Cattle many, many years ago, when I still had weimaraners. Since then, all of my dogs have been worm free, bar none. My puppies don't even have roundworm. Perhaps you can speak with your veterinarian about dosage, and safety. I do not inject it, I give it orally with an insulin syringe. A bottle costs about $40.00 and lasts longer than the date on the bottle, so I replace it at that time.
