Hi, Carolyn; In my opinion 7 months is a horrible time to judge a puppy! (or most puppies anyway) They are not done growing, and the parts that *are* growing aren't always doing so in a harmonious manner. From the ages of about 3 months to about 20-24 months so many things change that it's almost impossible to know for sure how it will all finish out. If she had a lovely head as a baby, give her time to finish growing back into it. Those are awkward months for a growing child, err puppy, and it's often a time when the owners can concentrate on obedience or agility, or just having a nice childhood. When she's mature her head will probably end up with what her baby face suggested!
