I don't know, Susan. That same old vet told me it was better to buy from a supplier than to pay his prices........my current vet says the same thing. My vets have always been very generous about "giving" stuff away...not this one, tho. I do like him in spite of it... My old vet opened a brand new office, new building and everything, and while the building was going on, his prices escalated unbelievably. When he moved, I changed vets... This one is a sweetie, even tho he doesn't have emergency hours or anything.......he did come out the one time i needed him in the middle of the night, tho, altho maybe he doesn't do that for all his clients. probably only for the breeders. His wife has been here to see all my dogs, too... peggy the wicked
