Better yet, why not try not even insulting them privately? I do have a couple of people who's emails I don't like to read--don't even like to see their name come up on the screen. I block them from my email, and it goes right into the "deleted" file. In my Outlook email, I just click on "Message," and from the drop down menu click on "block senders." Then that person's email never gets to my box, and I don't have to read it, think about it, even notice it. It works for me!
