well when we first started with dogs I bred cocker spaniels.my first being
from the crufts ch Night Skipper Of Helenwood.I still have a love of this
breed but some of them started to alarm me nature wise,so i was given a
cavalier for my birthday.which happens to be December,and then another for
Christmas!shock horror a Christmas pup but they were gifts from my sister
Dorothy Stevenson of waldor cavaliers who knew they would be cherished.
I was hooked.and as dottie had been in the breed as long as i can remember,I
had lots of good advice and a mentor.well going back to why!
I needed a prefix to register our puppies {cocker's}and so I asked our three
children and dad of course. the names they suggested! we wont go there!!!
so I said to save an argument put all the letters of the alphabet into a hat
,and pull out one each.And what ever it gives us we have to abide by and
make a name of! well out came these letters.and we had sworn to keep
which-ever they were! so now you know.
yes I must have been ill or something,but see doesn't it get people talking
about your dogs even if it is just HOW DO YOU SAY THAT AFFIX?ha
