Suze. It isn't going to work. I've been asking them now for two days to tell us how they would design a mandatory test protocol and who the heck they thought was capable of administering it, but neither has responded. I've even given them test situations and asked how they would rule, but so far....nothing but the opinion that testing should be mandatory. Myra
