Oops.... didn't mean to delete it(as I said I was just trying to clean up)...
will send out a patch over 07c-numtasks_cleanup

Ideally this should not be there... I didn't get to debug/fix it yet.

My guess is that it happens thru numtasks_change_resclass().. So moving a
task from a class to another will show this problem.
