As a follow up to my earlier posting, I've just uploaded another snapshot, but this time the milter should work !
Great! But can you pack it with directory included before someone will shot you?
Aka tar -cvzf nclamd.tgz nclamd/
OK - next one will be that way - I've got to go home now.
I just installed it on our live system today (about 30 mins ago) and it seems to be working to spec !
What are the dependencies? Does nclamd require ripmime only or ripmile+libripemime?
Only libripmime and only to build. It is a static link as that is the way the libripmime.a is built.
Can I create standalone packages for ripmime and for libripmime or they are depend?
Im creating ripmime package for RedHat, so I like to know more details.
read the "README.ripmime" in my package - the ripMIME package comes with everything you need to build "libripmime.a", but you must have my patch install so that libripmime can unpack from a stream (FILE*) as well as a file.
Technically, you do not need the "ripmime" binary, only the library - I call into "libripmime.a" directly - its faster.
