how can the filename of extracted file interfere with the other code?
I don't like the current solution, but the main problem is that
office documents have coherent data as name property, msi files have garbage instead of names, there is a way to distinguish them in the ole extract code?

MS Office uses specific files names in the OLE2 file for specific
things. Renaming them means there will be no Macro virus detection.

suggestions?
use O_EXCL and if fails generate a random name?
leave as is on Unix?
