Hola, Puedes registrarte de forma gratuita en http://www.unlimitedmail.net/ y utilizar este sistema de correo el cual se sirve del clamav para analizar en tiempo real todos los mensajes que llegan a tu buzón, rechazando aquellos que están infectados con un virus.
