I cannot test milter on 3.3 for now but I will (let me time to untar
src.tar.gz and to recompile sendmail).

I've suppress the patch for clamscan/defaults.h and everything is fine for
obsd 3.3. I will try on 3.4 after.

Is clamav compiling fine now or not?
