I can't be bothered to sift through the HTML you seem to have insisted on using for an e-mail. But the subject matter gives enough of a clue. You don't say what version of clamav-milter (well it may be in your HTML code somewhere I suppose), but the best guess is that you should try the latest version from CVS.

And if you are still getting 4.7,1, check the write permissions on the mail spool. Add the user that clamav, clam-milter, clamd. amavis or whatever is running as should be a member of the group that owns the mail spool, then just make the spool g+wr.
