i got the same message and decided to update
after that i ran freshclam to check the result, but get:

after that i went to check if the package was ok with rpm -U
clamav-0.70-1.i386.rpm
and got
warning: clamav-0.70-1.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 6cdf2cc1
package clamav-0.70-1 is already installed
please help
