I tried to copy/paste these lines in a sendmail.cf from another running system (rh9) with clamav to see if at least i could have an idea, but i get errors regarding to a TSL path not found.
Perhaps rh7.3 (sendmail 8.11.6) need someother command rather than INPUT_MAIL_FILTER and define?

(typicaly you can use
m4 < sendmail.mc > sendmail.cf
on a redhat system. Please sanity check the above before doing something you might regret)
