well im not sure what the 15-12 is (12:15? 15:12? who knows) but since it was
built in +200 and us central time i believe is -500 at the moment? that would
be a difference of 7 hours. specifially you would be 7 hours behind the time
at the time it was built. im not sure about that -0500 figure. I know eastern
is usually -0500 but during daylight savings time i can never figure it out.
