Since not all executables and archives are malicious, ClamAV may not be the proper tool to use. If you want to handle all executables and archives regardless of content, procmail may work well for you. Googleing for sanitizer may help as well.
Maybe something like mimedefang? Haven't used it, but am considering it and read good things about it...
