What DB file? If you mean the signature database files, then they are in there (installed to /var/lib/clamav/). Not that you need them (just run freshclam after install. If you mean something else, then what? What do you mean by "Clamd" file? It provides the clamd daemon as /usr/sbin/clamd, and clamd startup script as /etc/rc.d/init.d/clamd, but if you mean something else, let me know.
