Jim,

I never worked with Sendmail or any of its milters, although I have
several Sendmail books, and one about writing milters.

I work with it in conjunction with Amavisd, and it's simply great.
Please check www.freespamfilter.org for several distribution using
Amavisd/Clam/SpamAssassin.
