[Clamav-users] postfix and clamav

Greetings,
I have been using postfix for a while, and would like to integrate
clamav for scanning email.
What is the best and most simple way to achieve this?
I have tried mailnees, clamfilter, clapf, and openprotect, but I cannot
get any of them to work ( very frustrating ).
Does anyone have any of these methods working?
