Hi, I'm looking for the best method for on-access virus scanning with ClamAV (and Avira [formerly H+BEDV] AntiVir, if possible) for Samba. Internet searches often mentioned samba-vscan. However, as version 0.3.6 was released approx. 14 months ago, and as the information presented on http://www.openantivirus.org/projects.php seems a bit unclear about samba-vscan's future, I wonder if samba-vscan is still the method of choice? What are you using for on-acces scanning?
