Everyone, Ok, new thread.
The ReadTimeout description in the configuration file for clamav-milter.conf says that setting this value to 0 disables the timeout. This appears not to be the case and actually honors a timeout value of 0-seconds, meaning clamav-milter is reporting that clamd is not responding or failed. James
