Well put :-) On the server I was upgrading, I've made do with "reject but don't quarantine". I have another server that I plan to upgrade in the next week or so. I'll try the suggested fix against the latest sendmail (although I don't think there's abeen a sendmail release in over 12 months, so I doubt anything has changed).
