US Users seem to be having a continuing problem with off-shore mirror 213.165.80.159, which was added to our rotation a few months ago. I've tried several ways to try and match this with the mirrors shown on the status page, but still haven't figured it out. At one point I thought it was clamav.akxnet.de which is currently having issues and resolves to multiple IP addresses, but I don't know how I came up with that.
None of the URL's listed on the status page for Germany come back to that IP. The best I can come up with is 1&1 Internet AG, Southeast of Kassel.
