I noticed from the logs that trying submit stats to stats.clamav.net had
timed out since about 12:00 GMT. Here are some excerpts from the the
freshclam.log file:
Can't connect to port 80 of host stats.clamav.net (IP: 188.40.140.240)
nonblock_connect: connect timing out (30 secs)
Can't connect to port 80 of host stats.clamav.net (IP: 188.40.140.240)
ERROR: SubmitDetectionStats: Can't connect to server
nonblock_recv: recv timing out (30 secs)
ERROR: SubmitDetectionStats: Can't read from socket
No problem with updating the virus definitions.
