Not at all. SPF suffers in some other scenarios, but mailing lists that aren't just simpler list expanders work just fine with SPF, but isn't this a bit off topic? In this particular case, he's got a local configuration issue nothing really to do with clamav, SPF, or DKIM (as a protocol).
