Thank you for asking.

We have discontinued the distribution of safebrowsing.cvd, as Google is now 
charging for access to this API.  We plan to open source the tool we made to 
create this CVD file so anyone can get their own API key from Google and do it 
themselves.  We just haven’t been able to get this out with competing 
development priorities.
