Do you have an actual and supported ClamAV running? => https://docs.clamav.net/faq/faq-eol.html?highlight=support#version-support-matrix. Currenty ClamAV suggest 1.0.9 for LTS releases or the newest one 1.4.3 for LTS. When obsolete Versions will try to update, they will also get blocked, you get also blocked if you are trying to refresh more then once an hour per day. Limit is every hour in 24 hours (blocked for the next 24 hours - "Rate Limited". If all is save from your side, then delete all databases include freshclam.dat and try updating freshclam again. If all not help, give your new x-ray ID and Val will check what's on here.

I'm getting blocked by the CDN for some reason. Can I get some help unblocking this? Github issues say this could possibly be due to Russian sanctions block but I'm based in Australia.
