Since last year I had running perfectly ClamAV + MxGuard + IMail.
Several days ago a hacker tried to enter to my computer and I begin to
have problems to send and receive e-mails. At last I noticed that the
problem was ClamAV. When I insert the configuration lines in mxguad.ini
IMail stop and I can't send or receive e-mails.
I've been trying to solve the problem but I can't find where it is.
I uninstalled ClamAV for Windows (I use Windows 2003), I download the
last version of it and I installed it again in the default directory.
I installed the last version of cygwin too.
Then I execute freshclam.exe to update the list of viruses but nothing
occurs c:> appears after push return. I try to execute clamscan.exe and
the occurs. Any list of results or errors appeared.
I added in DEP list the .exe programs.
I have to solve the problem urgently because it doesn't work since a lot
of days ago.
I don't know what more to try.
Any help will be welcome.
