The developer, or debug, release at http://w32.clamav.net/clamAV-debug.msi is far more up to date than the
release version. Give that a go and see if it helps. Once effort of the 0.90 release has died down I intend to publish a more up to date Windows release version at http://w32.clamav.net/clamAV.msi
