It does for me. I changed it so mine said
UpdateLogFile "C:\Temp\freshclam.log"
And it put the log file in C:\Temp just like I asked.
It works fine when running freshclam.exe from the command line, updating
"D:\_logs\ClamAV\freshclam.log", but the service still puts the log in
"C:\Program Files\clamAV\conf".
clamd.log updates fine in the same folder (D:\_logs\ClamAV) so there
should be nothing wrong with the destination.
