ahh okay, so I just have to wait for a new ClamWin update then? Sounds good hehe. Just kinda scared me lol. It's been working though, I still see update notices when I login and such (have it set to check for updates at login).

The warning is about a new scanning engine being available (ClamAV released 0.90.1). Normally ClamWin suppresses these warnings (because a new ClamWin version might not be available yet and is monitored another way), but this one slipped through because the link changed.
