I am running the latest ClamAV binaries downloaded from w32.clamav.net. Yet whenever freshclam updates, the log includes the warning that my ClamAV installation is OUTDATED, current functionality level = 11, recommended = 20.
It's particularly annoying, as I am using the GUI shell Tech-Protect, which diligently pops up a message balloon and changes the tray icon to a red warning shield to alert me of this.
