If you are seeing 0.91 and not seeing --detect-pua from clamscan --help
then something is wrong. When I run clamscan --help I see:

"--detect-pua                         Detect Possibly Unwanted Applications"

Please uninstall and reinstall (using the .MSI files from w32.clamav.net)
and see
if that helps.
