[cp-patches] FYI: JEditorPane accessibility

I implemented most of the accessibility support for JEditorPane.

        * javax/swing/JEditorPane.java
        (AccessibleJEditorPaneHTML): New inner class.
        (JEditorPaneAccessibleHypertextSupport): New inner class.
        (getAccessibleContext): Handle special case when we have
        a HTMLEditorKit.
        (setEditorKit): Reset the accessibleContext.
