[cp-patches] [PATCH/JDWP] EventRequest cleanup

Hello,

Here's another little cleanup. It adds EventRequest.getFilters so that 
VM code can fetch the filters. This is needed, for example, when setting 
breakpoint events -- the VM-specific code will need to be able to fetch 
the LocationOnlyFilter associated with the event.
