[cp-patches] FYI: Extend management examples

This extends some of our management examples to test
some of the newer server-based features.  Notably, the
TestBeans changes catch a bug... :D

        Simplify so that it uses the management server.
        * examples/gnu/classpath/examples/management/TestClassLoading.java:
        Test via the server and the proxy as well.
