Definitely we need free implementations of all the standard extensions as
well as the core classes.  The javax.* packages are of secondary importance,
but if someone has some of them done, I think that is great.

As to how they should be packaged, I think that is a decision that can be
deferred until later.  We are a few months away from releasing anything as a
real distribution.  In the meantime, we can just put the code in the CVS
repository in a manner identical to the regular code (javax/serlvet,
gnu/javax/servlet, native/javax.servlet, test/javax.servlet, etc).
