java.util classes

I have written some of the missing java.util-classes.  They are not
deeply tested yet and there could be more documentation.  I also have
to write some test classes.

I'm willing to assign copyright over to the FSF.

BTW: They include ResourceBundle and PropertyResourceBundle, so Aaron
could try, if his getopt package works with that.
