about java.text package

Hello Classpath-Team.

Today I installed the GNU Classpath 0.00 into Japhar0.08 at FreeBSD system,
After install, I do not find java.text package, it is not be installed.
After I saw the GNU Classpath Annoucement, I find GNU Classpath 0.00 do not
support java.text.
Is it true?
if someone installed the java.text, please tell me the install way.
