Thanks. I'm checking most of this in.
I don't know enough about the BigDecimal code to approve or reject
your patch to that. So I'm not going to touch it.
Also that patch might be big enough to require paperwork, believe it
or not.
I also checked in a fix for Float.c. I agree that "%.17G" is right
for Double.c. Is it right for Float.c? I didn't touch it, but if it
is correct I could change that.
