Java 1.1 compliance?

Just some idle thoughts...

How close is Classpath to Java 1.1 compliance now?  Is that the only
criterion for calling it the "Classpath 1.0" release?

(Also, have you considered renumbering the Classpath releases to coincide
with, or at least correspond to, the Java version numbers?)
