Classpath follows standard GNU ChangeLog guidelines with regards to creating proper ChangeLog entries for any change (except changing ChangeLog itself). When making checkins, please include a ChangeLog entry. When doing the cvs checkin, the ChangeLog entry should be part of the commit message. If actively making changes, subscribing to the classpath commits mailing list is a good idea.
