automake 1.7.6
autoconf 2.57
libtool 1.5.0a
Does it work for you? I can try downgrading the tools.
I see that out HACKING file suggests:
- GNU autoconf 2.53
- GNU automake 1.6
- GNU libtool 1.4.2
