Status of inetlib

Following the Savannah break-in, I have completed auditing of the 
inetlib codebase and am confident that it has not been maliciously 
altered in any way.

I have some fixes to the build scripts. Do I need to post diffs here or 
is it ok to commit (inetlib being a separate module and all that)?
