The toolbar buttons which can be seen in the top left corner of the Free Swing
Demo are currently painted with the typical gradient of the Ocean theme.
However on the RI this is not the case.
The idea is that if a button is part of a toolbar then special drawing and
layout properties are applied. The right place to implement this behavior might
be BasicToolBarUI.ToolBarContentListener.
