Local socket test programs

I'm attaching a couple of test programs that can be used to test local socket support, which I just checked in. 

Usage of these is easy:

  $JAVA testserver /path/to/socket
  $JAVA testclient /path/to/socket
You currently have to control-C the server program, and then remove the socket file by hand. But these illustrate the basic usage.
